An Early Bird or a Night Owl?
Early birds and night owls are two types of people with different sleep habits. People often call themselves either early birds or night owls. Early birds are those that wake up with the rising sun and have energy in the morning. Night owls are those who are at their best when the moon rises. They are more active at night.
Early birds usually go to bed early at night and wake up early the next day. They enjoy the quiet peacefulness of the morning hours. They feel more awake and energetic in the morning and they may enjoy a routine of having a healthy breakfast and getting ready for school or work.
Night owls, on the other hand, find it easier to stay awake later at night. Night owls have more energy later in the day, so it is hard for them to fall asleep early. And they may have a hard time waking up early in the morning. However, they can often enjoy creative activities, such as drawing or writing stories, when most other people are asleep. Night owls might also have more energy to go out for social activities in the evening.
