| It's something I'm working on improving. I'm getting better at setting boundaries between my work and personal life, and prioritizing myself instead of my job. But it's not always easy! |
| I get that. Sometimes it's really hard to switch off — even when you're totally burned out. |
| How do you prioritize your mental health? |
| I just try to be kind to myself, you know? When I'm exhausted or overwhelmed I take a day off work to recharge. What about you? |
| I wasn't sure about it at first, but I've started seeing a therapist recently and I wish I had done it sooner. She's given me so much great advice for when I'm feeling depressed or anxious. |
| Do you think mental health is as important as physical health? |
| Absolutely! And they're connected — we have to take care of both. |
| I agree. Do you think attitudes around mental health are changing? |
| I think so. More people are starting to understand that it's okay to not be okay and to seek professional help. |
| Yeah, it's definitely become more normal to open up about things. |
