Monday's Coming: How to Beat the 'Sunday Scaries'
What will you be doing on Sunday, just before 4 p.m.?
If you're anything like some Americans, you'll be worrying about the week ahead!
According to a new survey, 3:54 p.m. is the time when feelings of panic about the next week typically arrive.
Some people call these feelings the "Sunday scaries," because they're a little bit scary!
It's a feeling of dread or anxiety about the weekend ending and a new work or school week beginning.
The survey, done by Talker Research for a US company called Pacific Foods, found that the average American gets these Sunday scaries 36 times a year.
Two thousand adults took part in the survey, with 36% saying they feel stressed about the things they have to get done during the week.
And 23% of people said they find it hard to enjoy Sundays because they're worrying about going back to work or school.
Many people said they try to make themselves feel better by watching TV, listening to music or using social media, while others like to spend time cooking or eating.
Some people who feel a lot of stress or anxiety on a Sunday might also find it difficult to sleep, or even get headaches.
But there are things you can do to make the Sunday scaries less scary.
You could make a list of the things you'll need to do on Monday before you go home on Friday, for example.
Or you could give yourself something to look forward to on a Monday, perhaps buying your favorite snack on the way to work.
